We are seeking a skilled and passionate Early Education Coordinator to oversee and enhance the quality of early childhood education at our center. If you are dedicated to supporting children's and staff's development in a nurturing and dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.

Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience
- Oversee the daily operations of early childhood education programs, ensuring compliance with Rhode Island Department of Children, Youth & Families (DCYF) regulations and RIELDS (Rhode Island Early Learning and Development Standards).
- Collaborate with teachers to develop, implement, and assess curriculum plans.
- Provide support and guidance to teaching staff through mentoring, training, and professional development opportunities.
- Regular classroom observations and assessments should be conducted to monitor the quality of teaching and child development.
- Coordinate with families to foster a strong partnership between home and school.
- Ensure adherence to safety and health regulations.
- Manage program documentation and reports required for state compliance and internal needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- At least 3 years of experience working in early childhood education settings, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Valid Rhode Island Early Childhood Education (ECE) teaching credentials.
- Knowledge of Rhode Island Department of Labor and Training (DLT) regulations as they pertain to early childhood education.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and community members.
- Experience with program assessment and quality improvement.
