Writing: Capable of writing with proper formation, punctuation, syntax, spelling, and grammar.
Speaking: Clear and distinct communication in correct English.
Reasoning: Apply rational principles to solve problems and manage variable situations.
Mathematical: Perform basic arithmetic operations.
Technology: Proficiency in computer hardware and software for various tasks.
- Oversee daily preschool operations, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
- Develop and implement a curriculum aligned with state standards.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive learning community.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and students for inclusivity.
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and safety protocols.
- Minimum one year in early childhood education leadership.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles.
- Experience in curriculum development and effective communication.
- Identify opportunities to enhance staff skills.
- Stay updated on the early childhood learning curriculum.
- Ensure adherence to state licensing regulations.
- Provide feedback and evaluations to teachers.
- Assist in planning developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
- Minimum 2 years of successful classroom teaching (birth to five).
- Knowledgeable in ECE curricula, assessments, and instructional practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable using computers and technology.
- Professional, self-motivated, reliable, and dependable.
