Job Summary
As a Toddler Teacher at Sakonnet Early Learning Center, you’ll help care for little ones. You’ll provide a safe and loving environment that nurtures each child's social, emotional, cognitive, creative, and physical development.
Responsibilities
- Creates lesson plans that are balanced and appropriate to development levels
- Document learning experience through displays and pictures
- Maintains positive informal and formal communication with families daily
- Maintains a safe, comforting, and stimulating environment for toddlers
- Facilitates and maintains childcare licensing standards
- Friendly and a desire to work as a team in a rewarding, fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a preschool environment
- Verbal, solid communicator with an upbeat personality who is comfortable and excels at speaking to parents
- Energetic, nurturing, upbeat, child-friendly personality
- Shows initiative; strong work ethic
- High school diploma

Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
